TANTRA for WOMEN:  the Mystical Dance of Shakti

Discover the secrets of tantra in a sacred circle of women.  Tapping into the healing power of ritual and mystical dance movement, we will learn techniques to unveil our feminine mystery and catalyze our creative life force towards spiritual transformation.  Based on traditional Indian Tantra, and presented with relevant information from Taoism and alchemy, Monika guides us in the ancient practices of harnessing and focusing our sexual energy. 

The course approach is unique and holistic. Explored through clear and inspiring theory, safe and profoundly opening interactive exercises and Goddess dance ritual, topics include: esoteric information on the chakras, polarity and balancing of our yin/yang energies, curves of pleasure and orgasm, igniting and subliming our sexual energy, transfiguration, archetypical roles in tantra, the path of love, awakening the senses, pelvic exercises to unlock our potential, diving into desire to transcend desire, and more!  We also introduce the secrets of the Jade Egg practice, a Taoist tradition that goes hand-in-hand with the pelvic movements and the circulation of the energy of belly dance.

Weaving together her varied experiences as a tantra yoga teacher, professional belly dancer, corporate executive, and spiritual adventurer to more than 70 countries and all 7 continents, Monika has worked with thousands of women across the globe in re-kindling, embodying and celebrating their full feminine potential.
